Who we are
Two Bears Labs is a software studio based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This policy covers twobearslabs.com.
What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Contact form. When you send the form on our contact page, we collect what you enter: your name, email, business name, current website, the kind of work you need, budget, timeline, and your message. We store it in our database and email it to ourselves so we can reply.
Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser to do this and does not track you across sites.
Email. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and follow up on your project.
How we use it
To reply to inquiries, to improve the site, and to measure whether our advertising brings in relevant visitors. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who else sees it
These services process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies: Google (analytics and advertising measurement), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (spam protection). We share information otherwise only if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email josie@twobearslabs.com.
Changes
We'll update this page when what we collect changes, and revise the date above.
