AI and custom software
AI agents, automation, and custom software
We build AI agents and automations, train and fine-tune models, and ship SaaS products and mobile apps. You work directly with the two engineers who scope it, build it, and support it after launch.
What we build
AI agents and automation
Agents and workflows that take over repetitive work: reading documents, answering routine requests, moving data between the tools you already use.
Model fine-tuning and small language models
Training or fine-tuning models on your own data when an off-the-shelf model is too expensive, too slow, or not accurate enough for the job.
SaaS products
From first spec to a running product: interface, backend, billing, and hosting. We run our own SaaS product, RoofQuoter.
Mobile apps
Native iOS apps through App Store review and release. Ours is Card Counter Coach.
Internal tools and portals
Dashboards, intake systems, and member portals with sign-in, file uploads, and an admin view, replacing spreadsheets and email chains.
Technical consulting
Architecture reviews, stack choices, and build-versus-buy calls, before a decision gets expensive to undo.
How it works
-
Intro call
What you're trying to build or fix, what you've tried, and what a good result looks like.
-
Written spec and quote
We write down what will be built, what's out of scope, and how we'll know it works, then quote against that spec.
-
Build in milestones
You see working software at each milestone and can change direction before too much is built.
-
Launch and handoff
We deploy it, document how it works, and either hand it to your team or keep running it for you.

Common questions
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small businesses and early-stage startups, usually ones without an in-house engineering team, or with a small team that needs extra hands on a specific project.
Do we need AI, or just software?
Often just software. A lot of problems pitched as AI are solved more cheaply with a well-built form, a database, and an automation. We'll tell you which one you need.
Can you work with our existing code or developers?
Yes. We can review an existing codebase, add a feature to it, or work alongside your developers on a specific piece.
Who owns the code?
You do. When the project is paid for, the code and everything built for you belong to you.
How is pricing set?
Each project is quoted against a written spec, so you know the price before work starts. Consulting can be as small as a single architecture review.
